Since our backdrop rentals are totally customizable, we are not able to book them through our website at this time. Instead, please click one of the "Message Me" buttons or message us through email or Instagram/facebook with the following info:

If you are ONLY interested in the DIY Balloon Arch kits, these can be purchased online or through our etsy account. 

Once you reach out, we will message you back ASAP to discuss options, availability, pricing, and bundle packages. 

We ask for a deposit (usually $50) to be sent via our Venmo in order to reserve your date and backdrop set. This is a refundable deposit once the backdrops are picked up/returned and inspected for damages. The deposit is forfeited if the Rental is cancelled once the contract has been signed and deposit paid. 

The total rental amount is due 7 days prior to your event (the deposit is NOT included in this amount). 

Delivery is coordinated 48hrs prior to your event (as it depends on locations/times of other events).

Yes, we offer several packages and bundles for party equipment rentals that can save you money compared to renting items individually. Contact us for more information and pricing.

In the event of inclement weather, we will work with you to reschedule your rental for a different date or time. If rescheduling is not possible, we may offer a refund or credit for a future rental.

You can make changes to your rental order up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup or delivery date. Changes made within 48 hours may be subject to a fee and may not be able to be accommodated.

In the case that you need to cancel your backdrop rental, the paid deposit will be forfeited. 

At this time, we only have certain arches we are able to paint custom colors. See the product section for the arches available. 

For custom colors, we ask that you use the Home depot website and find a Behr brand color that matches your event. Please screenshot/send a photo of the name and color code on the back to ensure that we purchase the correct color for your event. We ask that this be sent to us one week prior to the event. Failure to do so, will result in us trying to match the color the best we can to the design colors discussed. 

It really depends on a few things.

• Event area size
• Size of Backdrops
• Your budget

For our larger sets, we would usually recommend the 10-12ft balloon garland. The smaller 6ft size arches usually look the best with a 8-10ft of balloons.
